Late Breaking Abstract Submission Deadline

General: The conference scientific committee encourages the submission of original abstracts for either oral or poster presentations. All abstracts will be reviewed by the scientific committee.

 

How to submit an abstract : Abstracts may only be submitted via the online system.

Abstract Presentation Type: Please indicate you preferred presentation type

  • Oral presentation:  A 10 – 20 minute oral presentation (the final duration will be determined by the conference scientific committee) during parallel sessions. A short time for audience questions will be provided at the end of the presentation.
  • Poster presentation: a printed poster to be presented in poster exhibition area of the conference 
  • Workshop presentation: A 30 – 50 (the final duration will be determined by the conference scientific committee) for a limited small group of participants. The workshop will include demonstrations and audience active participation.

** The final abstract assignment will be determined by the scientific committee

 

Abstract Submitter's Registration: After the abstract has been accepted for either oral, poster or workshop presentation the abstract presenter must register for the conference in order to present their work.

Please note – Presenters will be requested to pay full registration fees in order to present their work at the conference.
Speakers and / or poster presenters are not waived from registration fees.

Abstract File Format : Abstracts can only be submitted as a WORD file attachment.
The system only accepts *.doc files type, it does NOT accept *.docx file (Word 2007/2011 Version).

Abstract should not exceed 250 words.

 

Abstract Topics: Abstracts may be submitted with any topic relevant to integrative medicine or related fields.

 

Abstract Language: Abstracts can be submitted in either English, French or German.
However, if the abstract is accepted for either poster or oral presentation, the submitter will need to translate it to English.
It is therefore strongly recommended to submit the abstract in English.

Lectures can be given in either English, French or German. Simultaneous translation will be available.

 

Abstract Title: Each word in the abstract title should begin with a capital letter with the exception of transitional words.

 

Abstract Body Length: Abstract length should not exceed 250 words.

 

Author Details: Please include the name, title, and professional/institutional affiliation of all abstract authors.
For example:
Dr. Alpha Beth, The Faculty of Medicine, Hebrew University of Jerusalem, Israel
Or
Mr. Alpha Beth, Medical Herbs, Private Practice, Chicago, IL, USA

 

Abstract updates and corrections after submission: Shortly from the date of abstract submission an email will be sent to the submitter with the abstract text. Should the abstract require any updates or corrections, please reply to this email within 10 days.
