Registration Cancellation Policy
Refund of registration fees will be made upon receipt of a written otification by fax or e-mail only, as follows:

Up to 21 days prior to conference - Full refund less bank charges
Up to 15 days prior to conference - Cancellation charge of 50% from package fees
Less than 14 days prior to conference - No refund

Tours Policy
Each tour is subject to a minimum of 20 passengers.

In case the conference secretariat will not issue the tour there will be full refund given for delegates for tour price.

Tour cancellation note will be given up to 14 days before the conference

Photographer and Videographer Notice
A professional photographer and videographer may be on site to document the Congress. Photographs and videotapes are the sole property of Paragon. By attending these events, the participants must acknowledge that Paragon may use their likenesses for future promotional purposes. If you do not wish to be photographed, please notify the photographer and/or videographer on site.
